Adjustable Timing Functions
Delay ON: adjustable from 1 to 50 seconds
Delay OFF: adjustable from 1 to 90 seconds
Both times are adjusted independently using separate trimmers.
Rotate clockwise to decrease the delay time.
The module is factory-set to minimum timing values.
Relay Output
COM Contact: white wire
NO Contact: 20A / 12V DC – white wire
NC Contact: 10A / 12V DC – not wired
The two white wires must be connected in parallel to the vehicle front light switch circuit.
Power Supply
Supply Voltage: 12V DC
Red wire: +12V
Black wire: Ground / Negative
Orange wire: Activation input 12V+ from ignition/contact switch
The module includes reverse polarity protection.
It must be connected permanently through a 1A fuse.
Operating Principle
When the ignition/contact switch is turned ON, the timer receives a 12V signal and the Delay ON sequence starts. During this period, the red LED indicator lights up.
After the preset Delay ON time expires, the relay activates, the NO contact closes, and the front lights turn ON automatically. This helps reduce battery load during engine startup.
When the ignition/contact switch is turned OFF, the 12V activation signal disappears and the Delay OFF sequence starts.
After the preset Delay OFF time expires, the relay switches OFF and the front lights turn OFF automatically. This function provides temporary illumination after leaving the vehicle in dark environments.
Turning the ignition ON again restarts the cycle.
