Method of Operation: Whenever Probe 2 detects a higher temperature than Probe 1, the relay's Normally Open (NO) contact closes, activating the LED. The output remains on until the temperature difference between the two probes falls within the set differential range.

Setting the Differential Temperature: Adjust the trimmer until the LED turns off. This sets the thermostat to the lowest differential temperature. Rotating it counterclockwise increases the differential temperature. Note that the trimmer may require precise adjustments due to its sensitivity.
